Replacing Shakespeare With Malcolm X
In these two programs Dr. Pierce focuses on the proper
functions of the schools in our society. One of those
functions is providing a sense of racial and cultural
identity for our children, but this cannot be done in a
multicultural setting. For example, Blacks in San Francisco
demand that 70% of the books students read should be by
"authors of color." The other proper functions of
schools also are suffering under the onslaught of
multiculturalists and feminists. Schools that are supposed
to build intellectually and spiritually sound citizens
instead are turning out weak, confused, and uneducated
graduates.
